Healthy and easy, this Southwestern wrap is delicious. Chop up some mushrooms, green bell pepper, and onion. Add some corn. Throw in a pan of heated EVOO, and season with cumin, garlic salt, and smoked paprika. Put it on a wrap with Greek yogurt (instead of sour cream) and avocado slices. Add a little chopped red and Savoy cabbage on top (for crunch), and you've got a meal! #recipes #health #vegetarian #cleanliving
Really great lunch today! Southwestern Health Wrap: slice up some bell pepper, onion, and mushrooms. Add any beans you want (garbanzo, kidney, canned bean salad mix, etc.) Throw it in a pan of heated EVOO. Season with some cumin, garlic salt, and smoked paprika. When it’s cooked to your satisfaction, pop it on a wrap with Greek yogurt (instead of sour cream) and some avocado slices. You can even add some chopped red cabbage and/or savoy cabbage on top for SUPER CRUNCH! Enjoy!
